Youth & Family Services, Inc. (YFS) provides a job readiness program through Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO). WRO is aimed at empowering low-income Oklahomans with the skills and support needed to achieve financial stability by helping them obtain and maintain quality employment. Focused on the unemployed, underemployed, veterans, and reentrants from incarceration, our WRO facility creates unique opportunities for employers to tap into a skilled and motivated workforce that might be otherwise unseen in our community.
